Promotion of the PRINT CHINA 2027 at the Shanghai APPPEXPO

From March 3–6, 2026, a promotion team for the PRINT CHINA 2027 – comprising Exhibition Director Jason WANG, Marketing Manager Vivian WEI, and Senior Project Manager Ella XIA from China Print Show Company Limited – visited the Shanghai APPPEXPO. During the visit, the team engaged with industry enterprises to promote the event, while strengthening communication and collaboration with domestic and international industry associations, exhibition organizers, and media. The visit also provided opportunities to explore market trends and forge connections with high-quality partners.


During the Shanghai APPPEXPO, the promotion team, in collaboration with Asia Print members, actively promoted PRINT CHINA 2027. The team met with numerous domestic and international companies, providing detailed introductions to the exhibition’s development and the latest updates for the 2027 edition. They exchanged insights on industry trends and shared market information with advertising associations, exhibition organizers, and media outlets from Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Kazakhstan. In addition, preliminary discussions were held on overseas visitor promotion for PRINT CHINA 2027, with a view to broadening cooperation opportunities.

During the APPPEXPO, the promotion team visited companies including Epson, JHF, Grandprint, Asia Link, Liyu, SKYJET, Cyber, Sprinter, and Nomi. All these companies expressed strong anticipation for PRINT CHINA 2027, looking forward to showcasing new products and connecting with industry resources at this global printing industry event.

PRINT CHINA 2027 will be held from April 12–16, 2027, at the Guangdong Modern International Exhibition Center. The exhibition will cover 150,000 square meters, with over 1,000 exhibitors and an expected 200,000 professional visitors. Nearly 120,000 square meters of exhibition space has already been reserved.
