Following that, the market and exhibition reports were presented. Member organisations actively shared updates on their respective national printing markets, industry trends, and details of their printing exhibitions. Some members submitted detailed reports in advance to the secretariat, offering rich data and information that supported the discussions, covering topics such as new technology applications, market demand changes, and innovative exhibition formats. These discussions sparked lively exchanges among the delegates.

In the "Other Matters" section, after thorough discussion, the representatives unanimously voted to admit the Laos Advertising Association into Asia Print, injecting new energy into the alliance and further expanding the scope of cooperation in the Asian printing industry.

At the conclusion of the meeting, it was agreed that the next Asia Print meeting would be held in Indonesia in October. The organisers also outlined the preparatory direction for the meeting, laying the foundation for future activities of the alliance. After the meeting, all participants took a group photo to commemorate this important moment. The successful hosting of the Asia Print meeting provided an excellent platform for in-depth communication and collaboration among the printing industries of various Asian countries, fostering information sharing and resource integration. This will contribute to enhancing the competitiveness of the Asian printing industry in the global market. As the industry continues to evolve, Asia Print will remain a key player in facilitating closer cooperation and mutual development among its member countries in the printing sector.
