Asia Print Alliance Meeting Successfully Held, Bringing the Industry Together to Drive Future Growth
On August 13, the Federation of Asia Print Exhibition (Asia Print) Working Meeting was successfully held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Representatives from printing industry associations and exhibition organisers from China, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Japan, the Philippines, India, Sri Lanka and other Asian countries gathered to engage in in-depth discussions on key topics, including the latest development trends in the Asian printing industry, international exhibition collaboration, the sharing of industry resources, and coordinated development of regional markets. The meeting helped build industry consensus and further deepen multilateral cooperation.
The Federation of Asia Print Exhibitions (Asia Print) Working Meeting was successfully held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on August 13.
Since its establishment in 2009, Asia Print has grown into an influential international cooperation platform for the printing industry in the Asia-Pacific region. It currently brings together industry organisations from 15 Asian countries, including China, India, Indonesia, South Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Nepal, Bangladesh, the United Arab Emirates, Japan, Vietnam and Laos. The Federation is committed to promoting the high-quality development of the Asian printing industry, facilitating the sharing of exhibition resources among its members, and advancing technological exchanges and business cooperation. Through annual meetings, industry collaboration and exhibition information sharing, the Federation continues to support the upgrading of the printing industry value chain across the Asia-Pacific region and promote the internationalisation, professionalisation and standardised development of regional printing exhibitions.
Against the backdrop of the global printing industry’s ongoing digital and green transformation, this meeting focused on the current state and future development of the industry, further strengthening communication and cooperation across the Asia-Pacific printing sector. Representatives from participating countries shared updates on their domestic printing industries, changing market demand and upcoming exhibitions. They also explored key areas of cooperation, including joint promotion of the Asian printing industry, cross-border business matchmaking and the exchange of cutting-edge technologies, laying a solid foundation for closer collaboration, mutual benefit and win-win development across the Asian printing industry.

At the key session of the meeting, Prof. Bin YANG, Chairman of Asia Print, formally extended a sincere invitation on behalf of the PRINT CHINA 2027 Organising Committee to industry representatives from across Asia.
He introduced the 6th International Printing Technology Exhibition of China (Guangdong) (PRINT CHINA 2027), which will be held from April 12 to 16, 2027, at the Guangdong Modern International Exhibition Centre. With a comprehensive focus on cutting-edge fields such as green printing, smart printing, digital packaging and new material applications, the exhibition will bring together leading global equipment manufacturers, technology providers, product suppliers and solution providers. It aims to become one of the world’s largest and most comprehensive professional trade and networking platforms for the printing industry in 2027.
Invitation to the PRINT CHINA 2027 Press Conference at Kerry Hotel Pudong, Shanghai
During the meeting, Chairman Prof. Bin YANG invited representatives from participating countries to attend the dedicated PRINT CHINA 2027 press conference, scheduled for the afternoon of October 13, 2026, in the Plum Blossom and Orchid Rooms on the second floor of Kerry Hotel Pudong, Shanghai. At the key session of the meeting, Prof. Bin YANG, Chairman of Asia Print, formally extended a sincere invitation on behalf of the PRINT CHINA 2027 Organising Committee to industry representatives from across Asia. Participants will have the opportunity to gain early access to the latest exhibition updates, connect with industry resources, engage in professional exchanges, explore new opportunities for the Asia-Pacific printing industry, and work together to promote high-quality development across the global printing industry.
Representatives from participating countries spoke highly of the industry influence and platform value of PRINT CHINA and CHINA PRINT exhibition series. They expressed their intention to continue following developments related to PRINT CHINA 2027 and the dedicated press conference, while actively organising local enterprises and industry organisations to participate in exchanges and cooperation. Leveraging the Federation’s platform, they will further strengthen collaboration across the Asian printing industry, promote complementary resources and shared strengths, and pursue coordinated development.
The successful conclusion of the Asia Print meeting has further strengthened the foundation for multilateral cooperation within the Asian printing industry and opened new channels for international exchange.
