Strong exhibitor demand drives Print China 2027 beyond 150,000 sqm of booked exhibition space

Most ground-floor exhibition halls are nearing full capacity as organisers prepare additional services and themed zones for exhibitors and visitors.

Preparations for Print China 2027 continue to gather momentum, with the organisers reporting that applications for exhibition space have now exceeded 150,000 square metres, reflecting strong demand from equipment manufacturers, technology suppliers and printing industry solution providers worldwide.

Scheduled to take place from 12–16 April 2027 at the Guangdong Modern International Exhibition Centre in Dongguan, China, the exhibition is already approaching full occupancy across its principal ground-floor exhibition halls.

According to the organisers, exhibition space on the first floors of Halls 1, 2 and 3 has been almost completely allocated, while only a limited number of booths remain available in Halls 4, 5, 6 and 7. Based on current booking trends, the remaining prime exhibition space is expected to be allocated in the coming months.

The strong response from exhibitors highlights the continued importance of Print China as one of the world's leading trade exhibitions for the printing, packaging and publishing industries. The exhibition is expected to feature a broad mix of international equipment manufacturers, Chinese printing technology companies, suppliers of sustainable materials and packaging specialists, alongside regional industry groups and solution providers.

In response to growing exhibitor demand, the organisers are now progressing with the development of additional themed exhibition areas on the upper level of the venue. These specialised zones are expected to focus on sectors including integrated printing and packaging solutions, printing equipment, advanced materials, screen printing and industrial inkjet technologies, providing visitors with a more structured and sector-focused exhibition experience.

Alongside exhibition planning, preparations are also underway for the extensive range of support services that will accompany the event. The organising committee is in the process of appointing service partners responsible for logistics, travel, venue operations and exhibitor support, with the aim of providing a streamlined experience for both domestic and international participants.

Applications for business matching programmes, technical conferences, exhibitor-led seminars and integrated marketing activities are also expected to open shortly. These initiatives will complement the exhibition by creating additional opportunities for networking, product launches and international business development.

Beyond the exhibition floor, the organisers are continuing to expand the event's conference and knowledge-sharing programme through additional industry forums and technical exchange activities, reinforcing Print China's role as a platform not only for technology showcases, but also for collaboration, innovation and market development.

With exhibitor interest remaining strong and planning well underway, Print China 2027 is shaping up to become the largest edition of the exhibition to date, reflecting both the resilience of the global printing industry and the growing international significance of the Chinese market.
