Print China 2027 introduces Hall 7 as dedicated New Materials Pavilion
Specialized exhibition hall will bring together leading suppliers of paper, inks, printing plates and advanced materials to streamline sourcing for the printing and packaging industry
Responding to the growing demand for more efficient sourcing and business networking, Print China 2027 has announced the introduction of Hall 7, a dedicated New Materials Brand Pavilion designed to bring together leading suppliers of printing and packaging materials in a single, specialized exhibition space.
The new pavilion is intended to simplify procurement for commercial printers, packaging converters, label manufacturers and print buyers by providing direct access to a broad range of materials and consumables from established domestic and international manufacturers.
According to the organizers, Hall 7 has been developed to address one of the common challenges faced by exhibition visitors—having to search across multiple halls to compare products, evaluate suppliers and identify suitable materials. By grouping key suppliers into one focused location, the exhibition aims to improve sourcing efficiency while creating stronger business opportunities for both exhibitors and buyers.
The pavilion will showcase four principal product categories: printing plates, inks, paper and paperboard, and advanced printing and packaging materials. Visitors will have the opportunity to compare products, evaluate material performance, discuss technical applications and meet directly with manufacturers and suppliers.
In addition to conventional printing consumables, Hall 7 will place a strong emphasis on emerging material technologies, including environmentally responsible substrates, high-performance packaging materials and other innovations supporting the industry's transition towards more sustainable and value-added production.
The organizers believe the dedicated format will help visitors reduce the time required to identify suitable suppliers while enabling more focused discussions on product performance, application requirements and long-term procurement partnerships.
To further improve the visitor experience, Print China 2027 has also introduced dedicated access arrangements for organized visitor delegations. Group visitors arriving by domestic or international coach will benefit from designated drop-off areas, exclusive registration facilities and direct access to Hall 7, allowing professional buyers to begin supplier meetings and product evaluations more efficiently.

For exhibitors, the concentrated thematic layout is expected to attract highly targeted professional visitors actively seeking printing materials, consumables and production inputs. This focused environment should increase the quality of business discussions, improve lead generation and create stronger opportunities for commercial collaboration.
The launch of Hall 7 reflects broader changes taking place across the global printing and packaging industries. As demand grows for sustainable materials, specialized substrates and higher-performance consumables, buyers increasingly prefer dedicated exhibition zones where they can compare technologies, assess suppliers and make informed purchasing decisions within a single location.
Together with the exhibition's other specialized technology halls, the New Materials Brand Pavilion will contribute to Print China 2027's objective of providing a comprehensive platform covering the entire printing value chain—from machinery and workflow solutions to consumables, packaging materials and advanced production technologies.
By creating a focused destination for material suppliers and professional buyers, Hall 7 is expected to become one of the key procurement hubs at Print China 2027, supporting more efficient sourcing and stronger business connections across the global printing and packaging industries.
