Works collecting of the Second China Print Awards started in Dec. 2007 and ended in March 2009.  About 800 items have entered for competition.  Since then we have propagated the China Print Awards during various printing industry events.  The printing enterprises from China mainland, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macao and Malaysia joined in competition.  China Print Awards have extending an increasing influence on printing industry, and more and more people have known and supported China Print Awards.

 

The items in the competition of the Second China Print Awards cover publishing printing, package printing, newspaper printing, digital printing, label printing and screen printing.  Quite numbers of items are innovative.

 

The judging work of the Second China Print Awards lasted from 27th to 29th March 2009 in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China.  Five printing experts from China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao judged all items through first, second and final stages for appraisement.  The process unfurls the principle of openness, fairness and justice.  192 items won the prizes.  There are 1 full-court award, 28 golden medals, 31 silver medals, 36 bronze medals, 92 prizes of excellence and 4 awards of innovation on printing technology and craft recommended by judge committee.

 

All items were shown during The 7th Beijing International Printing Technology Exhibition (CHINA PRINT 2009) from 12^th to 16^th May, 2009.  The showing area is about 400 sqm.  We wish the series of showing activity will expend marketing for participating printing enterprise.

 

China Print Awards has gained much support and help from varies government departments concerned, associations, members of PEIAC and printing enterprises.  We believe China Print Award will become better and better!
